GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome to ANGAHE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, features and related services (together, the "Services"). ANGAHE operates the store using Shopify technology. By visiting, browsing, purchasing from or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNT AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to use the Services or make purchases. Where permitted, you may allow minor dependants to use the Services on devices you own or manage under your supervision.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date account, billing, payment and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned or licensed to another person without our written consent.

2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to describe and display our products and services accurately. However, colours, dimensions and appearance may vary depending on the device, screen and settings used to view the store. We do not guarantee that a product will look exactly as displayed or meet every subjective expectation.

Product descriptions, availability, specifications and quantities may be changed at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue products or restrict sales by customer, region or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.

3. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when ANGAHE confirms acceptance and the payment has been successfully authorised or processed. We may accept, reject, limit, modify or cancel an order for legitimate business, legal, security, availability or pricing reasons.

Customers should review all order details carefully before payment. Once an order has been accepted or prepared for fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where an order is rejected, modified or cancelled, we will try to contact you using the details supplied at checkout.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy).

Purchases are intended for personal or household use unless ANGAHE expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

4. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at checkout and confirmed in the order confirmation. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices may exclude delivery charges, handling fees, taxes, customs duties and import charges.

Promotions may have separate conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

You confirm that all payment information is accurate, that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment provider will honour the charges. You agree to pay the final amount shown at checkout, including applicable shipping costs, taxes and fees.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. ANGAHE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, public authorities, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the goods pass in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms communicated at checkout. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through the Services, including trademarks, logos, names, text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, layouts and designs, is owned by or licensed to ANGAHE, Shopify or the relevant rights holder and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, store, transmit, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may include tools, integrations, content or links provided by third parties. These third-party services may be offered "as is" and "as available" and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

ANGAHE does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services. Any use of third-party tools or purchases made through third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk. Questions or claims relating to a third-party product or service should be directed to that third party.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ANGAHE uses Shopify technology to operate and provide the online store. However, purchases made through the store are transactions directly between the customer and ANGAHE. Shopify is not the seller of ANGAHE products and is not responsible for the performance of the sales contract between the customer and ANGAHE, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy). Because the store is hosted and supported by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers, including providers located in countries different from the customer's country of residence.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable privacy information.

10. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments, images or other content ("Feedback"), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person.

Unless prohibited by law, you grant ANGAHE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that Feedback for operating, improving and promoting the Services. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, obscene, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it or respond to it.

11. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery estimates or availability. We may correct, update or withdraw inaccurate information and, where legally permitted, cancel affected orders. If a paid order is cancelled, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Services to break any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or harm others, impersonate another person, provide false information, distribute malware, send spam, conduct phishing, collect personal data unlawfully or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

You may not use bots, crawlers, scraping systems, automated extraction tools or autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents to access or interact with the Services where such activity is prohibited by our technical measures, robots instructions or written notice. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

13. AUTOMATED AGENTS

Any automated or semi-automated software accessing the Services must identify itself truthfully, must not imitate human behaviour to conceal its automated nature, must not bypass CAPTCHA or security controls and must comply with any access restrictions communicated by ANGAHE.

We may technically restrict, block or limit automated access at any time. No automated agent may continue accessing the Services after being instructed to stop.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, misuse, breach of these Terms or protection of ANGAHE, Shopify, other users or third parties. You remain responsible for amounts properly due up to the termination date.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law and any provision intended by its nature to survive will continue to apply after termination.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free, or that general information published through the Services will always be complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANGAHE, its affiliates, personnel, contractors, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services or products, including loss of profits, revenue, savings, data or business opportunities.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law so provides.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANGAHE, Shopify and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your violation of another person's rights.

18. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by ANGAHE to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement regarding use of the Services and replace prior discussions or versions concerning the same subject matter.

19. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without ANGAHE's prior written consent. ANGAHE may transfer or assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of business, change of service provider or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ANGAHE is established, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available in their country of residence.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on the website.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law. The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the notice or publication. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where legally permitted.
